JMEC was structural engineer for San Pablo Senior Center Remodeling - For this 6,000 sf senior center, JMEC designed an entry remodel and adding moveable partition wall panels to divide a great room into 2 separate area, including modification to  HVAC from a one-zone to two-zone control.  The renovation is separated into two contracts to allow phasing of construction to suit the City's funding and budget.
